Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our AI voice sales service, how call data about your prospects is handled, and the choices available to you and to the people who are called.
01Two kinds of data
We handle two different kinds of personal data. Account data is information about you and your team, which we collect to provide the Service. Call data is information about the leads you ask the Service to call, which we process on your behalf and under your instructions.
02Account data we collect
- Details you enter when you sign up or contact us, such as your name, work email, company, role, team type, and the regions you call.
- Information needed to operate your account, such as user logins, plan, and billing details.
- Basic technical information when you visit the website, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
03Call data we process for you
- Lead details you upload or sync from your CRM, such as names, phone numbers, company, and time zone.
- Call audio recordings, only where recording is enabled for the region and consent requirements are met.
- Transcripts, qualification facts, objections raised, call scores, and call outcomes.
- Suppression data, including numbers that have opted out of calls.
04How we use information
- To place calls, qualify leads, handle objections, and book meetings as you configure.
- To write call outcomes, notes, and scores to the CRM and calendars you connect.
- To enforce suppression lists, calling hours, AI disclosure, and opt-out requests.
- To respond to your enquiries, set up your account, and provide support.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
05What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't use one customer's call data to call leads on behalf of another customer.
- We don't use your lead lists for our own marketing.
06Responsibility for call data
You decide which leads are called and are responsible for having the consent or other lawful basis to contact them. We process call data only to provide the Service to you, and apply the disclosure, consent, suppression, and opt-out controls you configure.
07People who receive calls
If you received a call from the Service, the agent will have identified itself as an AI and named the business it was calling for. You can ask not to be called again at any point during the call and your number will be suppressed. For questions about how your information is used, contact the business named on the call, as they control that data.
09Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Recording and transcript retention periods are configured per account. Call data can be deleted on request when your contract ends.
10Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to recordings, transcripts, and lead data is limited by role and campaign. No system is completely secure, and we work to protect data using appropriate safeguards.
11Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data.
- You can change recording, retention, and access settings for your call data.
- You can ask us to delete call data when you stop using the Service.
