Stage 01 · Call

Every lead dialed while it still remembers you.

Amruthik works through your lead lists and fresh inbound leads as they arrive, dialing inside permitted calling windows, retrying on a schedule you set, and stopping the moment a lead is reached, disqualified, or opts out.

Calling window for the lead's time zone

How outbound calling works

Prompt dialing, smart retries, calling windows.

Prompt first contact

New leads enter the queue as soon as they land in your CRM or list upload, so the first call happens while interest is still warm rather than days later.

Calling windows by time zone

Each lead is called only within the hours you permit for its local time zone. Calls queued outside the window wait for it to open.

Retry logic you control

Set how many attempts a lead gets, how far apart they are spaced, and which outcomes end the sequence - no answer, voicemail, busy, or wrong number.

Suppression before every dial

Numbers are checked against do-not-call registries and your own suppression list before each attempt, not just when a list is uploaded.

Voicemail handling

Choose whether the agent leaves a short, approved voicemail, hangs up, or schedules a retry when it reaches an answering machine.

Concurrent calling at volume

Many leads are dialed in parallel, each one handled as a separate conversation with its own scorecard and CRM record.

Worked example

One lead, dialed to outcome

A lead submitted through a demo request on Monday morning, followed from queue to booked meeting.

Boundaries

Where outbound calling stops

The agent will

  • Dials only inside permitted calling windows
  • Stops retrying when a lead opts out or is disqualified
  • Rechecks suppression before every attempt

The agent will not

  • Call numbers on a do-not-call registry or your suppression list
  • Call outside the hours you allow
  • Source or purchase leads on your behalf
Questions

Outbound Calling, answered.

Can calls go out from our own numbers?

Telephony is set up during onboarding. You can use numbers provisioned for you or connect numbers you already own, subject to the rules of your telephony provider and region.

How are time zones determined?

From the lead's location or phone number where available. Leads with an unknown time zone use a conservative default window you choose.
